Yorkshire Property Firm Acquires Leeds City Centre Asset

Yorkshire-based property company, YPP has acquired an office building in the centre of Leeds.

Located at 23 Butts Court, YPP was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the deal that saw the firm purchase the building from David Samuel Properties for an undisclosed sum.

Giovanni Pilla from Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team said: “We are pleased to have acquired 23 Butts Court for a long-term client of ours. The building occupies a prominent location and offers underlying asset management opportunities through future re-letting and conversion to residential or hotel use.”

The building resides in a prime commercial area of Leeds, with 10,344 sq ft spread across ground floor retail accommodation and open plan office accommodation set over three floors.
