William Hill Seeks Advice from CBRE to Dispose 600 Stores

Central London based bookmakers William Hill appoints global real estate advisor CBRE to help prepare disposal for up to 600 betting shops across the UK.

The FTSE 250 listed company, chose the global estate agent CBRE, to draw up a plan which allows them to withdraw shops under the terms of the contract. CBRE will follow suit on giving full advice and transactional services.

Tim Denny, Senior Director, Head of Retail Contracted Accounts, CBRE said: “We are looking forward to working in partnership with William Hill and providing holistic real estate services as the company rationalises its portfolio across the UK. We very much look forward to successfully delivering the strategy.”
