This is ideal space to accommodate the company’s growing manufacturing facility, and we are delighted to help the business fulfil its growth plans.”

The specialist manufacturer and distributor of handcrafted beds, mattresses and furniture will occupy the unit, which comprises of 59,570 sq ft of warehouse space with 5,000 sq ft of high quality, ground floor office accommodation.

Sixty2 is situated within a prime location at the Leeds 27 industrial estate in West Yorkshire and benefits from excellent motorway networks.

Highlighting the benefits of the location, Aspire Furniture CEO Paul Murphy commented: “Sixty2 Leeds provides us with a base in which we can expand substantially.
