Trebor Hillwood Submit Reserved Matters Planning Application

Birmingham-based Trebor Developments in conjunction with partner Hillwood, have submitted plans for their two-unit industrial scheme at the Aero centre in Yorkshire.

The Reserved Matters planning application will see the units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft being developed over the next 12 months, providing quality industrial accommodation suitable for B1/B2 and B8 uses.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor Developments, commented: “We look forward to working with the planning authority and other representatives to secure planning and proceeding with speculative development thereafter to deliver mid-range quality units, which will be attractive to a wide range of occupiers”.

The local area benefits from excellent road access and is located adjacent to the rapidly expanding airport.
