Leading Midlands commercial property developer, Trebor Developments, has teamed up with construction partner Seddon, to develop two purpose-built industrial units at Prime Point 14 on the edge of Stafford, West Midlands.
The 6,190 sq m and 7,145 sq m units are located just 1.5 miles north of Stafford town centre and could serve as the new home for a wide range of distribution or manufacturing facilities.
Coventry-based agents Bromwich Hardy and global estate agency Savills are joint agents for the development. Andrew Cosnett, Partner at Bromwich, believes that the two units offer “an excellent opportunity for a logistics, warehouse or manufacturing firm.”
Andrew adds: “This is an oven-ready site which is in an excellent location right next to the Midlands’ motorway network.
“All the access roads and services are already in place, there is flexibility to add the occupier’s own requirements to the development and the chance for a fast-track build is the icing on the cake.”
