Swindon Property Secures Savills Association

One of South Africa’s leading commercial and real estate organisations, Swindon Property, have announced an association with international real estate advisor Savills.

Swindon Property will become Savills’ commercial associate for sub-Saharan Africa and will work closely across the continent with Savills’ residential associate, Pam Golding Properties.

Commenting on the partnership, James Sparrow, CEO Savills UK & EMEA, comments: “Swindon Property has an exceptional track record in South Africa and our association with them is in line with our strategy to intensify our commercial position across this continent and provide our clients with the best service in the region.

Sparrow adds: “In addition, it complements our long-standing relationship with Pam Golding Properties, who have been fundamental to the success of our global residential business.”

Swindon Property was founded in 2006, and offer a range of client advisory and representation services for both owners and tenants. Specialising on leasing, acquisition, sales, valuations and property management, Swindon operates across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

In a statement released earlier, Andrew Dewey, CEO of Swindon Property, said: “We are proud to be joining Savills’ global network of associates. Gaining access to new clients and projects through its global platform puts Swindon on an exciting trajectory and will be hugely advantageous for its clients seeking expertise in new markets. We are also delighted to be working with Pam Golding Properties and confident that this relationship will be of reciprocal benefit to our client base as well as allow us to reinforce our network across sub-Saharan Africa.

Dewey added: “As such, this mutually-beneficial opportunity continues the success of our journey so far.”

Dr Andrew Golding, Chief Executive of Pam Golding Properties, concludes: “Swindon Property is a natural fit with our company ethos, and we will now be extremely well-positioned to offer our clients in sub-Saharan Africa the full scope of real estate competency with the best team in the market.”
