South Bristol Warehouse Undergoes £500,000 Refurbishment

Asset management consultancy Ashville is set to embark on an impressive half a million-pound refurbishment of its South Bristol warehouse in Bonville Road.

As revealed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team (who will be marketing the unit alongside Savills), the comprehensive £500,000 refurbishment will include a brand-new roof featuring LED lighting throughout the warehouse.

Spencer Crowder of Ashville commented: “Ashville are investing this large amount of money as they fully believe in the location being of strategic importance to the south Bristol region; it demonstrates our commitment to the estate, and we know this investment will be fully justified.”

Located off the A4 (Bath Road) between Bath and Bristol, the 35,000 sq ft warehouse benefits from a fenced yard area with separate parking, fully fitted offices and provision for a trade counter.

Commenting on the impact the warehouse will have on the local market, Chris Yates of Cushman & Wakefield stated: “The South Bristol industrial market is characterised by an acute lack of good quality industrial stock at present, and as a result, we anticipate considerable interest in the unit once these extensive refurbishment works are complete.”
