One of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, Skanska, has announced a new senior-level appointment.
The newly appointed Maggie Chandler (pictured right) is a recognised customer experience professional and will oversee Skanska’s customer engagement strategy, customer account management and lead the customer engagement team.
Joining from Lloyd’s Register, Chandler boasts a 20-year track record of transforming the customer experience at a range of blue-chip names, including BT and Thames Water.
