Sanderson Weatherall Relocates to Central Square South

The market-leading property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has announced that they have completed their move to Central Square South.

Located adjacent to Newcastle Central Station, the newly refurbished office development is one of the most striking office buildings in the region.

Richard Farr, head of Sanderson Weatherall’s Newcastle office states: “Having spent 20 years on Grey Street it’s going to be a big change and whilst it’s a shame to be moving we felt the time was right. Central Square South is one of Newcastle’s landmark office buildings, and we feel our move further reinforces our commitment to Newcastle and the North East.

“Our in-house team has created a fantastic, dynamic working environment that will undoubtedly encourage collaboration, enhance productivity and it’s great to see real enthusiasm throughout our teams.”

The award-winning Chartered Surveyors has moved their team of 40 property experts to the buildings the second floor and will be joining the likes of PWC, HSBC Bank and DWF Solicitors who all currently occupy space in the Grade A office building.
