Ryden Completes Stirling Office Sale

Commercial property agency Ryden has announced the sale of a large, 20,000+ sq ft office in Stirling, Scotland.

Acting on behalf of Aston Property Ventures, Ryden sold Maxxium House at the Castle Business Park in Stirling to a leading medical microwave technology company, Emblation Limited.

Commenting on the purchase, Gary Beale, co-founder and CEO of Emblation, said: “Maxxium House allows Emblation to create new foundations that reflects our company ethos and vision through great working conditions and a focus on health and wellbeing, for the next phase of the company’s accelerated growth. 

“The new headquarters is the perfect location for Emblation to provide a home for our growing team to support our development and manufacturing activities as well as to promote and provide support for our medical products in new territories worldwide.”

Maxxium House, Stirling

The 20,496 sq ft building comprises a modern, two-storey open-plan office pavilion and is located approximately 1 mile from Stirling city centre.

In a press release issued today, Ryden also confirmed that the adjoined property, the 20,496 sq ft Bermuda House is still available on a For Sale / To Let basis.

Commenting on the sale and the available Bermuda House, Iain Taylor, Associate at Ryden, said: “We are incredibly pleased to welcome Emblation to Castle Business Park.
