The UK’s leading mobility solutions and automotive services provider Redde Northgate has successfully taken a lease of the industrial Unit 12A, Peterseat Park in Aberdeen.
The deal – which was agreed by independent commercial property consultancy, Ryden is for a 10-year lease with a break option at year 5.

The unit at Peterseat Park comprises 6,516 sq ft of quality detached warehouse space with a 3,208 sq ft two-storey office accommodation, including ancillary car parking and a large secure yard.
