Ryden Completes Let of 6,500 SQ FT Space in Aberdeen

The UK’s leading mobility solutions and automotive services provider Redde Northgate has successfully taken a lease of the industrial Unit 12A, Peterseat Park in Aberdeen.

The deal – which was agreed by independent commercial property consultancy, Ryden is for a 10-year lease with a break option at year 5.

Joanne Riddell, Head of Property at Redde Northgate, commented: “Our acquisition of Unit 12a at Peterseat cements our ability to build the business and deliver an unparalleled service to our customers. We are excited to see what the next five to ten years has in store. In what continues to be an uncertain market, Ryden’s advice and guidance throughout this instruction were invaluable.”

The unit at Peterseat Park comprises 6,516 sq ft of quality detached warehouse space with a 3,208 sq ft two-storey office accommodation, including ancillary car parking and a large secure yard.
