Ryden completes £790,000 Glasgow Industrial Estate Deal

One of Scotland’s largest independent commercial property firms, Ryden, has announced the successful sale of a 10,149 trade unit on the south side of Glasgow.

Located at the well established Thornliebank Industrial Estate on 101 Spiersbridge Lane, Ryden (on behalf of a private Irish investor) sold the property for c. £790,000 to a fellow private Irish client represented by CBRE.

Derek Archer, an Investment Associate at Ryden, commented on the deal, stating: “With current positive dynamics within the industrial sector, there was strong investor interest in this asset which contributed to a very pleasing outcome for our client on the sale”.

The property is currently let to established joinery firm, Howden Joinery Properties Limited on Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) terms until May 2026 with a passing rent of £55,858 per annum.
