Ryden Complete Two Units in Kingsmark Court

Ryden complete two units in Kingsmark Court, Intercity Way in Leeds on behalf of Georgetown Carr LTD.

Software engineering company ‘SoftOffice’ secured unit 2 with a total space of 4,591 and Freight Fusion an international freight business also occupied unit 3 totalling 4,697.

Kingsmark Court is just 3 miles west and 6 miles East of Leeds and Bradford, the units are newly refurbished with the industrial units consisting of single-storey units which are constructed by a steel frame.
