The Liverpool division of the Office Agency team of global real estate advisor, CBRE, has just marketed a series of newly refurbished office suites in the heart of Liverpool’s iconic Grade I-listed Royal Albert Dock.
Following a £250K investment at the former 19th Century restored warehouse, more than 11,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation is now available for occupation.
The renovation programme carried out by contractor Jennor, included a full strip-out of the 1980s fittings; reconfiguration of three new office suites (comprising 2,045 sq ft, 1,012 sq ft and 1,044 sq ft), as well as the installation of a new kitchen, flooring, lighting, heating and electric throughout.
