A specialist property sector peer-to-peer lending firm ‘CrowdProperty’, has relocated its offices to a new Grade A location in Edgbaston to further their growth.
Named 54 Hagley Road, 2,198 sq ft of space at the 16-storey office building was leased by CrowdProperty who saw the move as a necessity following previous expansion in 2018.
Commenting on the reasons behind the move, Andrew Hall Co-Founder and Property Director at CrowdProperty highlighted that the business has ‘thrived’, with the Company lending more than £50m to the residential development sector.
Andrew adds: “Because we are a young company, we’d outgrown our space and needed better accommodation [….] We looked in the area at available offices and 54 Hagley Road offered us the most appropriate space for what we need and to take on the next stage in our growth.”
CrowsProperty’s relocation comes just weeks after the building secured a 1,350 sq ft office on the 15th floor for BW Tax – Property Tax Accountants.
