Premier Bedfordshire Business Park Fully Let

One of Bedfordshire’s premier business parks is now fully let following the signing of a five-year lease being by a leading museum, library and art gallery supplier.

Established arts supplier, Conservation by Design (CXD International) has agreed to a five-year lease on a 10,301 sq ft warehouse unit at Newmarket Court, Kingston, Milton Keynes.

In a deal announced by the acting agency and commercial property consultancy, Kirkby Diamond; the letting on the CBRE Global Investors-owned park means there is currently no available space on the 100,000 sq ft plus business park.

“Newmarket Court is adjacent to junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 and is regarded as the premier business park in Milton Keynes. The company wanted to relocate from its current base in Kempston and this unit provides the company with the perfect location for its new headquarters.”

Since 1992, museums, galleries, libraries and archives worldwide have turned to CXD International for a comprehensive range of high-quality conservation storage and display products which include furniture, showcases, acid-free boxes, museum boards and specialist papers.

Emma Murphy, Marketing Manager of Conservation By Design (CXD), said “We are delighted with our new space; we had outgrown our previous premises. Our new location gives CXD the opportunity to bring our manufacturing, warehousing and office teams together under one roof and geographically it is close to our showcase manufacturing plant.

“All of these factors will contribute to a smoother running of the business and ultimately offer our customers a better service.”
