A popular business park in Milton Keynes is now fully occupied after a technology firm agreed to a transaction with Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
The leading commercial consultant announced yesterday the unnamed tech-firm had signed a 10-year lease on a 4,365 sq ft unit at Avant Business Centre, Denbigh West.
Paul Quy, associate director of industrial agency at LSH in Milton Keynes, said: “This is an excellent business unit in a very convenient location. We have agreed to a 10-year lease with a business operating in the technology sector, which means the site is now fully occupied.
“It’s a very good result for the new occupier and for our client who has invested in converting and refurbishing units on the site, a strategy that is paying real dividends.”
Located south of Central Milton Keynes, opposite the MK Dons Stadium, the property benefits from easily accessible parking to the front and excellent loading provision to the year.
The area has already attracted a number of other occupiers including Marshall Amplification, Screwfix and Mercedes Benz; LSH was instructed by long-term client TH Henderson to market the unit.
