Office fit-out and refurbishment specialist, Overbury, has won a contract to deliver the first phase of a refurbishment project for Registers of Scotland’s Meadowbank House offices in Edinburgh.
The Glasgow-based Overbury will help to create 6,600 sq ft of open-plan office space that will include flexible working areas and meeting facilities.
Commenting on the refurbishment, Corin Dougall, Overbury’s Project Manager, said “We are thrilled to have secured the first significant refurbishment project procured through the framework.
“We understand the importance of this project to Registers of Scotland, and we will create an amazing, high-quality space through our innovative and collaborative approach to project delivery.”
Overbury will be working alongside Reid Mitchell, Faithful+Gould, Troup Bywaters+Anders, C2 Concepts, Will Rudd Davidson, and Lambert Smith Hampton to complete the first phase of the project.
