Commercial People understands that the interior design consultancy, Office Principles, has completed a new London headquarters design and build.
The leading interior design consultancy has delivered a new flexible and collaborative workspace on behalf of the integrated digital marketing and communications agency, Big Group.
Office Principles has transformed more than 10,000 sq ft on the third floor of The George Building on Nicholas Road, which will serve as the agency’s new HQ.
The new workspace is characterised by the use of concrete walls and ceilings, exposed fittings and feature lighting to create an industrial warehouse feel.
It features a series of work zones, including a combination of lounge spaces, collaborative areas and meeting booths, and a quiet library for focused work.
Commenting on the project, Tom Parsons, Sales Director at Office Principles, said: “Big Group is a creative agency that delivers unique experiences, and this project was all about creating a workspace that reflected its heritage and culture.
“We’ve delivered a bold, contemporary design that allows Big Group’s diverse workforce to work collaboratively on a single floorplate. Our team has moved at speed to complete the build in just 10 weeks and we’re proud to have delivered a workplace that leaves a lasting and positive impression. “
