Newly Refurbished Manchester Office Attracts New Occupier

Specialist recruitment agency NES Global Talent has opened an additional office in Manchester city centre.

Headquartered in Altrincham, the oil, gas and industrial sector recruitment firm have taken the entire sixth floor of the newly refurbished 10 Chapel Walks, occupying over 7,000 sq ft of office space on a 10-year lease.

10 Chapel Walks is comprised of 55,138 sq ft of office space and is located in the heart of Manchester’s Central Business District.

Global estate agency Cushman & Wakefield, agreed to the deal with NES on behalf of owners Artmax Properties, with fellow, global agency CBRE acting on behalf of NES Global Talent.

Commenting on the deal, Toby Nield, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office agency team, said: “Securing a letting before the refurbishment completes is a superb result and testament to the exciting plans for 10 Chapel Walks. The repositioning of the building has caught the imagination of occupiers, and I am confident this will be the first new letting of many.

“The fundamentals of the building are all in place – good location, large reception, open floors. The quality of the refurbishment has given the building a completely new look and feel, which sets it apart from the competition.”
