New Units Planned for Stirlin Developments’ Leafbridge Business Park

Commercial property developer Stirlin Developments has been given the green light to construct further commercial units at their Leafbridge Business Park in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire.

North Kesteven District Council have granted Stirlin planning permission to allow the developer to build four additional light industrial units as part of the final phase of the ‘Freya Court’ development within the business park.

Commenting on the decision, Matt Padley, Development Manager at Stirlin Developments, said “We are delighted that we’ve received planning consent for this latest phase of our Leafbridge development. As with many of our previous developments, we expect that these units will be attractive to owner-occupiers. We have also seen that these freehold units appeal to investors looking to build up their portfolios.”

Each of the newly approved units will provide 1,509 sq ft of industrial space, providing accommodation for up to four businesses and 16 new jobs.

Stirlin Developments urges interested parties to contact them directly on 01522 682 752
