Leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced a new recruit for its Development & Planning team in Leeds.
Joining from GVA (now Avison Young), Ella Woodward was part of the Manchester-based Development Consulting team advising private and public sector clients across the North West on a range of development schemes.
Along with her experience in GVA, Ella was also previously with Colliers International and holds a First class Masters in Planning and Real Estate from the University of Manchester.
In her new role, Ella will be using her range of development consultancy experience to provide advice to existing and new clients.
Ella will also be supporting on advisory mandates including Enterprise Zones, HS2 master planning and large-scale residential sites; she will report to Leeds’ Partner, Development & Planning, Ben Pretty.
