MCS Group Transform HQ of Global Research Firm

One of the UK’s leading construction contractors MCS Group has completed a multi-million-pound redevelopment and refurbishment of a global research company’s UK headquarters.

Kantar Millward Brown’s UK base at Tachbrook Business Park in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, has been the subject of a complete building remodelling over the past two years which has seen the firms’ HQ revitalised and modernised.

The Warwickshire-based MCS Group was also appointed to design and fit-out the office interiors, which Commercial People have been told include several breakout areas with a mix of open-plan offices and meeting rooms.

Priesh added: “I’d like to thank everyone involved in this project for pulling together and delivering a first-class result.

“This was an extremely challenging project, starting with having to relocate staff into one half of the building and then move them back when phase two got underway. It was vital that we maintained a good working environment for all the employees, and I think we achieved that under difficult circumstances.

“The building now provides a hugely impressive headquarters. The interior has been completed to a very high standard, with feature walls, a feature staircase and am
