National construction contractor MCS Group has ushered in the start of a new era after completing its move into their new £2.5 million Midlands headquarters.
Located at a state-of-the-art 8,500 sq ft site at ‘Opus 40’ in Haywood Road, Warwick, the company relocated all 75 of its employees from Claverdon to their new home.
Highlighting what the move means for MCS, Group Managing Director Keir Edmonds, said: “Our new offices will allow us to showcase our expertise in commercial construction whilst providing a statement headquarters building at the gateway to the Opus 40 site. We will continue our strategy of investing in improvements to the business, including supporting young talent with the launch of our new apprenticeship programme.”
In addition to the eco-conscious energy-efficient design of the building which features solar-powered external lighting, rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient lighting; MCS Group has also offered to help relocate staff closer to the new headquarters, providing access to child daycare, schools and other local amenities.
The move to Warwick is the second office project MCS Group has completed this month, following the Kantar Milward Brown redevelopment last month.
