Commercial property developers Trebor Developments and Hillwood have today announced the successful let of their major speculative industrial development in Doncaster.
Boasting a size of 411,470 sq ft, the entire ‘Gateway 4’ development in Armthorpe, Doncaster was leased to an undisclosed global logistics company.
Commenting on the leasing, Trebor’s Managing Partner, Bob Tattrie, said: “This deal is an excellent result for our prestigious building in Doncaster and we look forward to working with the occupier on their fit out in order that they can get operational soon. We had keen interest in the building since completion in December and it is fair to say we could have let the building to several parties, such is the strength of market demand for quality industrial accommodation, which Trebor deliver throughout the UK.”
CPP, Knight Frank and CBRE represented Trebor and Hillwood.
Giving his thoughts on the letting, CBRE (Leeds) Senior Director, Mike Baugh said: “It has been great to work with Trebor and Hillwood on this project, from site acquisition through to disposal of this impressive development. The letting represents one of the most significant deals in Yorkshire this year and reinforces the strength of logistics market in the region.”
