A major new industrial development in the heart of Coventry is generating impressive interest according to a leading commercial property agent.
Andrew Cosnett, Partner in the Coventry-based commercial property specialist Bromwich Hardy, reveals that the new Iron Park development at Moxley offers ‘an unrivalled opportunity’ for growth.
Commenting on the 11-hectare industrial development, Andrew said: “This is a genuinely exciting flagship development which will create one of the largest buildings of its type in the region,”
The impressive 488,250 sq ft single building scheme is the biggest industrial development of its type in the region and has already won planning consent.
Highlighting the developments virtues Andrew added: “The scale of the scheme, its excellent location and the superb infrastructure in place means that this site will give its occupiers the scope to plan for growth and future-proof their business.
“The location really could not be better. The M6 and Black Country Route offer superb road links, which are already proving particularly attractive to the logistics industry, from which we have had a number of enquiries.
“And with the presence of major manufacturers and automotive companies on the doorstep – and a highly-skilled workforce – the industrial sector is also showing a keen interest.”
The site is being developed by the Shropshire-based private developer Parkhill Estates which recently held a launch event at Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux Stadium.
James Cannon, Property Director at Parkhill Estates, said: “This is a strategically significant site right at the heart of the Midlands’ industrial ‘golden triangle’. With an underlying strength of demand for industrial space in the region, alongside a swathe of occupiers currently in outdated accommodation, Iron Park is sure to be a welcome addition to the West Midlands inventory.”
