National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has completed a deal with a magazine publisher to expand their West Midlands operations.
The unnamed publisher secured two adjoining warehouse units at Target Park, Shawbank Road, in Redditch on a five-year lease.
The two business units will provide a total of 15,812 sq ft of space, including 1,742 sq ft of office space.
LSH Birmingham Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency Matt Tilt, said: “The publishing company was looking for good quality accommodation not too far from its existing base in Redditch. There is enormous demand for warehouse and industrial units right across the region, with a limited supply, so it was never going to be an easy task.
“Fortunately, the two units at Target Park fitted the bill perfectly as they offer high-quality accommodation in an excellent location, being just one mile from Redditch town centre, 14 miles from Birmingham, and with good access to the M42 and the national motorway network.”
Last year LSH completed the sale of these two units to the family-run Scolmore Group; LSH was retained to find new tenants for the units following a refurbishment.
