LSH Announce uTrack Birmingham Expansion

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has announced that an ambitious tech company is set to expand its business after signing a 10-year lease on an office in Birmingham city centre.

The national commercial property consultancy revealed that uTrack Software Solutions – who operate in the passenger transport sector – are to relocate to the impressive ‘Shoreditch style’ offices at Bennett’s Hill House.

Charlotte Fullard, Associate Director at LSH in Birmingham said: “We are delighted to announce that uTrack has signed a 10-year lease on 2,500 sq ft of office space, highlighting both Bennett’s Hill House and Birmingham as the ideal location for ambitious and expanding businesses to locate to. Bennett’s Hill House is a prominent 20,000 sq ft office building located just five minutes walk away from New Street train station.

The impressive offices have been transformed into a unique ‘urban chic’ building, undergoing an extensive refurbishment of both the interior and exterior. A high-speed broadband connection has also been installed, bring the building up to modern standards.

Tech company uTrack supplies innovative, cloud-based solutions across its bespoke platform, taking data from existing sources to generate feeds for automatic vehicle location, real-time passenger information, business intelligence tools, mobile apps and more.

Founded in 2011 the Dublin-based uTrack has worked with iconic brands in the industry including National Express Coach Company and Greyhound Bus across the USA.
