LCP Secure New Tenant at Kingswinford Innovation Centre

Commercial People have learned that one of our agents, London & Cambridge Property (LCP) have secured a new tenant at their Innovation Centre at the Pensnett Estate in Kingswinford.

Recruitment firm, Reactive Driving Recruitment who specialise in recruiting for the transport industry, has expanded its business and moved to larger offices in the Black Country to meet demand.

The firm has taken a 1493 sq ft office at Watt House, in the LCP-owned and managed Innovation Centre.

Scott Strange, Director at the family-run business, said the move from smaller premises in nearby Brierley Hill was needed to enable it to continue growing after two years in business.

Scott adds: “The Innovation Centre is the perfect location and I hope we’ll be able to support many clients on the estate with any support in staffing needs they may have. We’ve been fortunate that during the lockdown and since Covid, we have actually increased our staff, taking on three extra sales staff and an additional payroll administrator.”

Reactive Driving Recruitment was one of three businesses that have moved into the Innovation Centre in the past four months, including one of the UK’s largest independent health care providers, Four Seasons Health Care.

Paula James, Lettings Manager at LCP, adds: “It’s great to see so many local businesses thriving and being in a position to take on premises or take on bigger office space at The Innovation Centre. The centre has proved to be a launchpad for many ambitious businesses over the years and we look forward to welcoming our new tenants to the estate.”
