LCP Managed Sutton Coldfield Shopping Parade Fully Let

A thriving shopping parade in Sutton Coldfield has been fully let for the first time in two years after a local Turkish barbershop signed up for the last retail unit.

The remaining 1,031 sq ft unit at the London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) managed ‘The Lanes Shopping Centre’, in the residential area of Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield was let on a 20-year lease by Turkish Golden Scissors.

LCP’s Asset Manager Rakesh Joshi

LCP Retail Asset Manager Rakesh Joshi said: “The Lanes is a vibrant local shopping centre that is well supported by the local community and we are pleased to have helped to attract a greater diversity of tenants here, leading to a richer retail and leisure mix,”

LCP acquired the parade for Sheet Anchor Investments Ltd in October 2017 and has since invested over £35,000 on various aesthetic improvements on the scheme.

Rakesh added: “LCP prides itself on acquiring properties that it can add value to for the benefit of its tenants and also the local community and we’ve worked hard to build up a good relationship with the tenants, working with them to prioritise what work should be carried out.”
