London Cambridge Properties (LCP), one of the UK’s largest private owners & managers of commercial property, has announced that the last unit on one of their Liverpool trading estates has been successfully let.
In a move that comes demonstrates a keen confidence in the area amongst businesses, LCP revealed that the 3,232 sq ft unit on The Sandon Estate, Derby Road, has been taken by coffee production and distribution business the Neighbourhood Coffee Company Limited.
The coffee distributor has committed their long-term future to the LCP-owned and managed premises, signing a 10-year lease.
Commenting on the leasing Andrew Cox, Industrial Asset Manager at LCP, said: “With everything we have experienced this year, with the coronavirus pandemic, it’s great that this popular industrial estate continues to attract ambitious businesses that are keen to locate to The Sandon Estate.”
The Sandon Estate comprises of 21 units ranging from 2,700 sq ft to 5,600 sq ft; several diverse clients including Dulux currently occupy the estate.
LCP appointed full-service agency Mason Owen and Partners to market the final unit.
