An industrial unit in Glenrothes, Fife, which has been empty for over 12 months as recently undergone a full, high-quality refurbishment spending £170,000 to boost the industrial market in the local area.
The launch of 67 Cavendish Way will help boost both the local economy and supply.
The approx. 10,000 sq ft space will contain offices as well as dedicated parking and was acquired in December 2017 by the investment company LCP on behalf of Sheet Anchor Investments Ltd (part of the LCP group)
LCP has been appointed to manage the property and has undertaken a full roof over clad as well as internal and external redecoration, and a new palisade yard fence with vehicle access doors for the warehouse.
