Commenting on his appointment, he said: “I am thrilled to be promoted to director at LCP, which is one of the largest privately-owned property companies in the UK. Having been with the company for 12 years, I have learned a great deal about the value created by the pro-active management of property assets using strategic landlord and tenant knowledge, and I’m looking forward to continue building on that.”

Along with Howard, LCP also announced the appointment of five new associate directors across the West Midlands, Scotland and London offices.

In the firms’ Kingswinford, West Midlands headquarters, Mark Binner and Jason Goss were appointed, while in the Millbank, London, office Ed Tuckett has been promoted to associate director. Roddy Proudfoot was also promoted to Associate Director (Head of Office) with Dermit Smith being promoted to Associate Director Retail.

In addition to these appointments, LCP announced further promotions in the West Midlands where Rakesh Joshi and Simon Eatough became Senior Asset Managers, while Martin Wade was promoted to Asset Manager.

Nick Burgess, LCP managing director, said: “LCP continues to go from strength to strength, thanks to our focused approach on investment and intensive asset management of our portfolios across the industrial and retail sectors. As a business that prides itself on rewarding staff for a job well done, I’d like to congratulate these members of staff on their promotions.”
