National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced its recruitment of two new hires to its Building Consultancy team.
LSH has appointed former CBRE man Tom Wright and former JLL surveyor Aaron Lacey to join the Leeds-based team as Surveyor and Associate Director, respectively. This latest announcement comes alongside the recent promotion of Isabelle Furter to Senior Surveyor.
The pair (pictured right) will be combining their 15 years of experience and are responsible for providing all aspects of building consultancy-related advice to both public and private sector clients across Yorkshire.
Commenting on the appointments, Liam Keogh, head of the Leeds Building Consultancy team, said: “Alongside Izzy’s recent promotion, testament to her hard work and dedication, we are excited to have both Tom and Aaron joining us to strengthen our service offering to both public and private sector clients across the region.”
“We are committed to working with the most talented individuals in the sector and our two new hires are testament to that. Utilising their combined years of experience, I am sure that they will be assets to the team and we look forward to helping them develop their careers at LSH.”
Aaron Lacey added: “It’s fantastic to be joining Lambert Smith Hampton in an exciting period of growth for the firm as we emerge from the pandemic. The skills I have gained in my previous role at JLL will help me to provide advice to businesses across multiple sectors in order to maximise the value of their assets and deliver meaningful property solutions.”
