Lambert Smith Hampton Bolster Birmingham Rating Team

Leading national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has bolstered its Birmingham rating team with the appointment of associate director David Bullimore.

Joining from Birmingham-based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows, David boasts almost 15 years of experience in rating.

Speaking on his appointment, Mark Clapham, head of rating at LSH in Birmingham, said: “David has an established track record in commercial property and a vast knowledge of rating and all the associated issues that may affect our clients. I’m delighted to welcome him to the rating team at a time when we’re strengthening and extending our services across the region.”

David will support LSH’s major retail, office and industrial occupiers as well as its landlord clients, with advice on minimising rates liabilities and challenging rating assessments.

In a statement released earlier, David said: “Lambert Smith Hampton has an outstanding client base, a highly experienced rating team and a positive can-do attitude. I am thrilled to have joined LSH and look forward to working with LSH’s clients and assisting them in minimising their rates liabilities. I will build on the first class business rates service LSH provides and strengthens existing client relationships.”
