Lambert Smith Hampton appoints new Associate Director

One of the UK’s leading commercial property consultancies Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new Associate Director as part of a national industrial expansion.

Byron Hammond joins LSH from Avison Young where he previously was a Senior Surveyor and brings over nine years’ experience in providing disposal and acquisitions services.

Commenting on his new role, Byron said: “I am extremely excited to join LSH, which is highly reputed for both its regional focus and excellent local knowledge, combined with its national presence as one of the UK’s most established property consultancies.”

Prior to joining LSH and his spell at Avison Young, Byron spent seven years at Stratton Creber Commercial, working across both the office and industrial markets.

During his time at Stratton Byron worked alongside a range of public and private sector clients including Aviva, Threadneedle, Co-operative Estates, Plymouth City Council, Burrington Estates and London & Cambridge.
