The Leeds division of global property consultancy Knight Frank has announced that it has advised on three new lettings in Q2 2021 at Yorkshire’s tallest office building, The Pinnacle.
Knight Frank secured a total of 10,000 sq ft of lettings at The Pinnacle, including 5,100 sq ft of Grade A office space on the 12th floor. The consultancy also let 5,100 sq ft of Grade A office on the 19th floor to Support Warehouse, who provide IT support services for Hewlett Packard.
The leases were signed at £23.50 per sq ft, reflecting record rents for the tower and highlighting the strength of the Leeds office market, which continues to attract leading national and global businesses to the city.
