Leading global property consultancy Knight Frank has announced the addition of three new appointments for its London Commercial Valuation team.
Rossella van der Weyden joins the London team as an Associate following two years as Portfolio Valuation Associate Director at Colliers International.
Rosella also spent four years as a Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield. In her new role at Knight Frank, Rossella will work across a number of Knight Frank’s clients, including British Land and The Crown Estate.
Neelam Kachhia re-joins Knight Frank as an Associate following a career break, having spent ten years at the firm prior to the break.
The final new appointment is Eliza Birkett, who joins as a Surveyor following three years on Knight Frank’s Graduate scheme.
