A leading independent, construction-focused project management firm, ‘KAM Project Consultants’, has taken on four employees to strengthen their team in Milton Keynes.
Senior Cost Manager, Leann Rodney will join the team and be responsible for the employer’s agent duties, as well as pre/post-contract cost management. With over 12 years of experience in the field as well as a degree in Business Admin/Quantity Surveying, Leann is also a qualified member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors (MRICS).
Commenting on her appointment, Leann said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the KAM team as a senior cost manager and look forward to applying my expertise whilst working on an interesting range of upcoming projects.”
Cost Manager Sheldon Farrell also joined the team and boasts a degree in quantity surveying with over four years of experience in the industrial and commercial industry.
Highlighting why he joined KAM, Sheldon said: “KAM is passionate about promoting the growth of individuals, which is what attracted me to the role. I look forward to getting stuck in with the work and utilising my skillset, as well as progressing within the company.”
In addition to Leann and Sheldon, the two other recruits were Saahib Reehal and Paul Moloyos, who will also be joining the team as graduate Cost Managers.
To aid their development, KAM is looking to take them through a structured training programme with a variety of different exciting projects that will develop their careers.
