Johnson Fellows Bolsters Commercial Property Agency Team

Office and industrial agency teams at long-running commercial property agents Johnson Fellows have strengthened their team further with the arrival of a new Surveyor.

Young Harry Stevens (22), will complete an MSc in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University this year and will work closely with office expert and Partner Charles Warrack, and Associate Partner Helen Kendrick.

Commenting on the appointment, Charles said: “Harry will assist us in building our position in the market. As a company, we are always keen to help young people break into commercial property. We will mentor and assist Harry so that he becomes a qualified chartered surveyor in two years’ time.”

While studying to become a surveyor, Harry has worked at John Truslove Chartered Surveyors in Redditch gaining invaluable experience along the way.

In a statement released yesterday, Harry said: “I’m excited at the prospect of building a successful career at Johnson Fellows, based in the heart of Birmingham which is one of the key commercial property markets in the country. I’m looking forward to learning a great deal from my new colleagues who have a huge amount of experience across the sectors.”
