Warwickshire-based commercial property firm, Ehb Reeves has announced that virtually all units at their new £3 million development in Southam have been purchased prior to the scheme’s completion next year.
Situated adjacent to Holywell Business Park, three rental units remain at the 13-plot Maricott Court development in the small market town of Southam, Warwickshire.
Ehb Reeves, who are based in Leamington Spa, have been marketing the units which range from 1,873 sq ft to 6, 268 sq ft for sale and lease.
Simon Hain, Director at Ehb Reeves, said: “We’ve had a real mix of owner/occupier and buy-to-let investor interest in the site, so we’re confident of seeing an equally diverse mix of businesses setting up in these units.
“We’ve said all along that the interest in this site is indicative of the demand for high-quality commercial properties, regardless of the fears over the potential impact of Brexit.
“The construction of the first two units is complete, and we’re expecting units three to 10 to be finished before the end of the summer.
“This has been a very successful and sought-after scheme since its inception.”
Maricott Court is in the final phase of development with the final three units scheduled to be completed by early 2020. The area is already home to a number of businesses including Tesco, HAB International and steel manufacturer DYWIDAG-Systems International.
