First Icon Harlow Warehouse Completed

Stoford Developments and TPG Real Estates’ Icon Industrial has completed work on the first phase of its major Icon Harlow development.

Comprised of three highly-specified warehouses with adjoining Grade A office space, Icon Harlow will deliver much-needed warehouse and logistics stock into the London-Stansted-Cambridge corridor.

In a statement released on Friday, Tony Nash, Director of Stoford Developments, said: “Icon Harlow is a prime scheme serving the North London market. It represents a substantial investment in the development of superb quality accommodation, just nine miles from the M25. The two remaining units are BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating. We are able to provide competitive leasehold and freehold terms to occupiers in this market.”

As previously reported by Commercial People, the 69,872 sq ft Unit A was acquired by specialist food importer and distributor, SOP international. Meanwhile, the 96,826 sq ft and 68,100 sq ft B and C units are both available for immediate occupation.
