Factory and Former Victorian School part of Bond Wolfe’s New Auction

A former Victorian school and a small factory are among two of the standout lots set to appear in next months Bond Wolfe Auctions.

Taking place at Aston Villa’s Villa Park on Tuesday 10th September, Bond Wolfe has announced two more lots to be added to an already impressive lineup.

The first lot is the former Victorian school buildings at 35 Wilson Road. Located in Lozells, Birmingham, the 1,341 sq m is spread across three floors with a guide price of £100,000+

Bond Wolfe Auctions’ Consultant Director Ron Darlington, said: “This spacious building has a stunning frontage and a substantial history in the area as a place of education.

The former school has been put up for sale by Birmingham City Council along with a small single-storey factory at 72 Crompton Road, Nechells.

Previously occupied by local distribution firm Nutters Fastenings Ltd, the property extends to 807 sq m, and include a reception and sales area, as well as a workshop,k two offices, stores, kitchen, boiler room and toilets.

Mr Darlington said: “This well-located property on the corner of Crompton Road and Long Acre is suitable for manufacture and sales, although it could also be redeveloped as a residential site subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.”

The factory also benefits from parking for five cars and has a guide price of £100,000+.
