East Midlands law firm Fraser Brown Solicitors has been working with Great Northern Group to successfully secure a new premises for a regional British bistro chain in Nottinghamshire.
Copper Café Bar has now opened its doors at 18a Market Place in the centre of Bingham, Nottinghamshire, bringing 30 new jobs to the region.
Fraser Brown Solicitors’ commercial property associate Liam Wilkinson, who negotiated a 20-year lease for the bar said: “We were pleased to act on behalf of our client to secure a prime location for the new Copper restaurant in the charming market town of Bingham. Copper is well-placed to serve the busy community, and we wish it every success.”
Serving a mixture of traditional English cuisine and a selection of world bistro dishes such as tapas, fish platters and vegan options, the cafe also converts into an evening bar, serving a wide selection of cocktails.
The new premises at Market Place is the fourth Copper bar to open in Nottinghamshire and has undergone approximately £500k worth of fit-out works.
Commenting on the new opening, owners Great Northern Group said: “We are very excited to open Copper in the affluent town of Bingham and look forward to welcoming everyone, whether it be for a coffee and breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family, or beverages with friends in the evening.
