Doncaster’s Parkside Industrial Estate Fully Occupied

Global real estate advisor CBRE, along with local joint agency Gent Visick, has helped sublet 30,000 sq ft of industrial space to a green hydrogen producer.

The clean technology business, Clean Power Hydrogen Group (CPH2), has sublet a 29,826 sq ft warehouse at the Parkside Industrial Estate on Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster.

Located close to the M18 and A1, the unit, which features nearly 5,000 sq ft of office space, forms part of the 27-acre, 240,000 sq ft St Modwen Parkside Business Park.

CPH2’s expansion into the unit fits into its growth plans as the company continues to advance the development of hydrogen as a green energy. CPH2 aims to clean up the environment in a simple, safe and sustainable manner at any scale for a zero-carbon future

The Leeds Industrial team of Global real estate advisor CBRE secured the letting alongside joint agent Gent Visick.

Commenting on the sublet, Danielle Raunjak from CBRE’s Industrial team said: “We are delighted that Parkside Industrial Estate is now fully occupied following this latest deal to a highly innovative green hydrogen producer.

“The demand for mid-box space of this quality remains high, and the logistics take up within Doncaster and the wider South Yorkshire region has remained strong over the course of the last year, despite the pandemic.”
