One of Scotland’s leading independent chartered surveyors, DM Hall, has successfully sold a prominent office close to Glasgow Airport.
The 5,479 sq ft AxSys House in Paisley’s Glasgow Airport Business Park was marketed at offers over £500,000 before being purchased for an undisclosed sum.
The open-plan office is split between two floors and includes partitioned glass offices, meeting rooms and a boardroom. The building, which also has 20 car parking spaces lies just ten minutes’ walk from Glasgow International Airport.
Neighbouring occupiers in the area also include Daikin Air Conditioning, Taylor Wimpey, Courtyard Marriott, and Travelodge.
Claire Hutton of DM Hall who, together with her colleague Jonathan McManus, oversaw the sale, said: “The market for modern, open plan office accommodation in the Greater Glasgow area remains brisk.
“An added attraction in the case of AxSys House, its proximity both to the airport and to the M8, sparked significant interest amongst property investors and others seeking high-quality office space.”
