The UK’s leading occupier-only commercial property consultancy, DeVono Cresa, has unveiled a three-phase roadmap to advise and help businesses return to their sectors post-pandemic.
Simply named the ‘Commercial Real Estate Roadmap’ the digital handbook is based around a three-phase perspective of ‘Return’, ‘Revitalise’ and ‘Transform’.
Offering unpretentious, fact-packed, information; DeVono Cresa’s guidance aims to inform business leaders on how they can unlock their future real estate strategy, and approach commercial real estate decisions following the impact of COVID-19.
Commercial People had the pleasure of speaking with DeVono Cresa’s Joint CEO Luke Philpott to get his thoughts on what this time means for businesses and how their roadmap and services can help businesses to re-evaluate to the new normal.
Luke comments: “There’s clearly a big opportunity now for businesses to re-evaluate how they go to market with their own product or services, and what real estate footprint best supports them in doing so.
“DeVono Cresa’s expertise is advising occupiers on how to translate operational and strategic business goals, into a workplace strategy that supports the meeting of those goals. We anticipate some exciting changes to the way in which businesses use their places of work as a result of the challenges that this year has thrown at us all.
“There’s potential for businesses to make smart, innovative decisions on their real estate that return great benefits to them. There’s also potential for the opposite. Ensuring that they fall on the right side of that equation is what our ‘Corporate Real Estate Roadmap’ seeks to articulate and to support. It’s designed to enable businesses to respond to future challenges with the sort of agility in their office footprint that for many simply wasn’t in place this time.”
