Global real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Deroma Spa, the leading producer and distributor of plants and flower pots in terracotta, plastic and ceramics, has leased 44,000 sq ft of space in Gloucester.
The garden production company has taken a 5-year lease at 14 Mill Place, Bristol Road in Gloucester, having vacated from their unit in Quedgeley Trading Estate.
The large, detached warehouse is close to Gloucester city centre and the M5, and it will help facilitate the continued expansion plans for the business.
Cushman & Wakefield agreed to the deal on behalf of the landlord, Robert Hitchins, whilst Deroma represented themselves.
Ed Rohleder, Senior Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team, said: “We are very happy to have secured the letting of 14 Mill Place to Deroma. Given the tight timescales involved in vacating their existing industrial unit in Quedgeley we were able to expedite the deal so not to affect their trading. We are pleased to have assisted our client Robert Hitchins and to continue our long standing working relationship with them.”
