Cushman & Wakefield’s Hatrick of Hires

Leading global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announces three new appointments to its Manchester office, boosting their Global Occupier Services (GOS) team.

Joining GOS is Sarah Myers as a Graduate Planner, Brad Angel joins as a Building Surveyor, and Sam Walker, who joins as an Assistant Surveyor.

Sarah joins Cushman & Wakefield from Manchester-based planning consultancy Peacock and Smith. In her new role at Cushman, Sarah will be preparing and submitting planning applications, appraising sites and providing planning advice.

The second new recruit, Brad, joins from Knight Frank where he spent four years as a Building Surveyor. Brad holds a First-Class degree from Liverpool John Moores University and will be involved in all aspects of Project Management and surveying services.

Sam Walker joins from Carlton where he worked on a mixed national property portfolio as a Graduate Surveyor for 18 months. In his new role within the GOS team, Sam will be working on a commercial client account, assisting its landlord and tenant relationships.

Cushman Commenting on the new recruits, Caroline Baker, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Sarah, Brad and Sam to our Manchester team. They bring experience from a range of sectors will be a great asset to our clients.”
