Global real estate, multi-disciplinary firm, Cushman & Wakefield, have announced the appointment of a new Partner to lead its Logistics & Industrial team in Manchester.

Joining from Knight Frank’s North West Industrial team, Rob Taylor (pictured right), brings 16 years’ experience in the industrial sector, boasting a vast array of knowledge in both disposal and acquisition work.
Commenting on his appointment, Rob said: “This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team. Cushman & Wakefield is a well-established and respected name in the logistics and industrial sector, and I’m looking forward to building on an already strong order book of clients and increase our market presence across in the North West.”
During his career, Rob has worked for a number of key fund, developer and occupier clients including Quorum, LaSalle IM, L&G, BlackRock and more.
In the last 12 months, Cushman & Wakefield has made several senior-level appointments across its UK Logistics & Industrial team including former Savills Director, David Robinson.
